Review: ‘Snowpiercer’

Post-apocalyptic films have long been a staple of cinema. Dystopian futures, usually in the clear guise of science fiction, just have a sly way of commenting on the troubles of today, often pointing towards the uncertainty that lies ahead. From The Hunger Games to Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, this particular thematic sub-genre is firmly rooted in today’s cinematic landscape.
